Is this the last thread for the FReepathon? It's gotta be. We're running out of Roman numerals!!

Woo hoo!! Moving ever closer to the goal. Today could be the day we take her over the top!!

If you haven't made your donation yet, TODAY would be a great day to get 'er done!!

Please keep those donations, cards, letters and checks coming in, folks, so we can continue kicking liberal/progressive/Marxist butt on FR.

With wannabe dictator B. Hussein Obama pulling out all the constitutional stops to fundamentally transform America from a free Republic, to a third world Marxist hell hole, we need FR now more than ever!!

We are the resistance!!

Don't let it happen on our watch!!

And don't let the GOP elite push an Obama-lite progressive RINO on us either!!

Click the link above to donate by secure server, or by mail to:

Free Republic, LLC - PO Box 9771 - Fresno, CA 93794

Help end FReepathons. Go monthly!! Woo hoo!!

Long live the tea party rebellion!!

Long live our free Republic!!

LOL! Almost looks like my Rocket!

Did you host Thanksgiving this year? Do you have a big family? It's just Hubby and me here. Well, the four cats (my Rocket, Miss Hissy Slashy, Lucas Prince of Darkness, and little Shadow - three are basement cats, and my Rocket is a Purgatory cat) feast with us too...

One of my sisters, one of the best cooks in the family, hosts Turkey Day in recent years.

What's a purgatory cat? Our three cats are angry with us when we get home; they know we've been eating behind their backs. Fur babies rarely stay mad for long as they settle for kind words and petting.

I have seen Ceiling Cat and Basement Cat portrayed together as Long Cats.

No, that's a Cheezeburger photo. I just did the caption.

Joe! Nice to see you. I was wondering where you were.

Thank you so much for the beautiful framed photo of little Shadow. That's another keeper! She really is a tiny thing, but she was still carrying her "formerly starved stray" weight when that picture was taken. She's slimmer now.

Hi Gang! Hope everyone had a most peaceful, delightful and delicious Thanksgiving. Been totally out runnin' and cookin' and spending great time with family. I've been in heaven today, picking at the yummy leftovers and watching uplifting Lifetime and Hallmark holiday flicks and unplugging and escaping from the dread of the news. Now it's time to hit the sewing machine .. I'm SO behind in my gift projects.

Keep praying for America, for our amazingly brave troops and what they're facing, for our trembling world, for all the suffering souls, and for us all. Lord, have mercy on us, lift us from despair to faith in You and Your precious wisdom.

I may be back to near normal .. soon .. I think ... I hope .. LOL.

Hi (((((STAR)))))
So good to hear from you! Nothing like stuffing ourselves like the turkeys we all enjoyed ...lol, and in my case, sleeping a whole lot. Rainy weather makes for wonderful sleeping and no news. Shut off the news. Don’t watch politics. Plenty of time for that. We watched a wonderful netflix movie “The Tunnel” - true story. I like true stories.

Blessings are ours in abundance. Keep praying.

Hi, Onyx! We watched “Super 8,” about a group of young kids who are trying to make a movie for the Cleveland Super 8 Contest when they happen upon a huge government coverup of a mysterious oddity. It was very good, and we gave it 4 stars.

Also, “Conan the Barbarian,” the recent remake. It was barbaric, blood and guts splashing all over the place, and sorcery played a big part. Ron Perlman plays Conan’s dad. I like him quite a bit. I think he’s great. We gave it 4 starts too. Hubby said it was better than Arnold’s, but I forget that version. It’s been a long time...
