Better: Ship all of Mexico to Russia and let the drug cartels and Russian Mafia go at each other in a protracted turf war. The U.S. then deports all its illegal aliens and Muslims to the now vacant Mexico.

Problems solved:

1. The Russian demographic problem of a shrinking population gets fixed.

2. America and Mexico's narco gang problems are now transferred to people who can effectively deal with them.

3. The illegal alien residents and Muslims in the U.S. can't say they don't have a place to go now that all of the former nation of Mexico is available specifically for them.
