I did not cover the states role other than as part of the restoration of Tenth Amendment. I could certainly have gone much further, but the book was already getting pretty hefty.

I think the subject of Civil War II needs more treatment, I consider my work more as groundbreaking than definitive. But I am open to suggestions since revisions are now much easier with on demand publishing.

Despite its falts, I think I pretty much kicked butt as far as laying out what the new form of civil war would look like.

Thanks for your reply, DaxtonBrown.

I asked the question about states because I’m more focused on the state’s reaction to obuma than most FReepers. The vast majority of Freepers, in my opinion, are myopic. All they can do is look, transfixed and hypnotized like a mouse watching a cobra swinging to and fro before striking, on DC. They don’t look beyond Washington and see what took place in 2010.

In 2010, more than 700 patriots and conservatives were elected to state legislatures, giving patriots effective control of 26 states.

I watch this because I was involved in state and local governments for 20 years.

What we have now, effectively, is a states’ powerhouse that can throw wrenches into the federal fascist machinery, which has neither the manpower nor the logistics to stop a states’ juggernaut which can crush the criminal fascist syndicate occupying Washington.

We see it in the states building the state militas, not to be confused with backwoods freelancers, and setting up a command structure not controlled by Washington. We see it with the states challenging obuma in the courts. We see it in the states expanding the Castle Doctrine that allows ordinary armed citizens to gun down Obuma street thugs. We see it with South Carolina arresting Holder’s “people” and sentencing them to 20 years in state prison.

Well, by gosh, I’m rambling.

This post is not a criticsim of your endeavor, Daxton. I look forward to your reply.

Semper fi, FRiend.

You have quite a few valid points. The problem is that we are in uncharted territory as far as making predictions on where this is headed, primarily because of the Internet, which comprises a new form of territory to be contested on the basis of economics and communications. The Federal Reserve is the enabler of the Federal Government deficit, which allows the usurpation to grow without bounds. However, opposing this is the increased speed of social networking, the ability to offload some of the economy into the cyber space, and the ability to create virtual ‘states’ within the system. Even cyber currency will eventually come into play.

So while history is our guide for how things will transpire, how nations fall, you have to view things through a different lens. I’m trying to trailbreak a different perspective on what a civil war will look like, but it is too different for me to claim all the answers. I took a pretty good stab at it though.
