It started with the cult of Palin. I'm not referring to Palin herself, but her most rabid supporters who were tearing everybody down assuming that she was going to run. Pawlenty couldn't catch on. Bachmann won the straw poll, but was taking from Palin's base. Bam. Palin didn't run. Perry jumped in. Immigration killed him, along with gaffes. Now it's Cain or Newt.

Thats is true, absolutely true, though it seems to be, that alot of Palins followers have now jumped to Herman Cain.

We've already formed a circular firing squad and started shooting, now we're just waiting for the ammo to run out and see whats left standing...........

Oh, so there are a few civil individuals showing adult thinking on this thread, after all.

Good to hear from you.

We are frequently given unappetizing, poor, or awful choices in life, but as adults we look at the possible outcomes of our actions or lack of such and act in a mature manner. It’s simple—by withholding a vote from Romney, one is allowing one Obama vote to go unanswered.

You're right, it's simple.

But only half of the big picture "we adults" consider.

Equally simple: by casting your vote for Romney, you're instructing the Republican Party to go with politicians who: a) want more government b) believe the government should be in control of health care c) believe Americans should be punished for rejecting open homosexuality in their social, public, business, and military choices, and d) believes that we can and should gage global cimate trends and harshly control, with government, the world's energy production and consumption. In short, someone who envisions powerful government in every corner of our personal lives.

It's simple -- by casting a vote for Romney, you're nourishing the advance of all those things on the crippled back of the best political party to represent the force willing to halt and reverse the tide of statism: Republican.

Simple.

A vote for Romney defiles, in my opinion, the Republican party, the one AMERICA NEEDS to stand against all the things both Obama and Romney seek to bring about.

kinda took me a bit out of context there my friend.

I made it clear that “I have yet to speak to a conservative who will vote for Romney” was confined to the anecdotal and just in the circles I frequent. Of course there are some that will. I wasn’t arguing that. I was just talking about me and mine. We will never, ever vote for RINO Romney. That was my point ... and still is.
