Morning AM! I missed the first few minutes of the show. Just got out of the shower.

Privatized Social Security. Newt is right. Offer the option. I would opt for the privatized.

I decided to try winter-planting potatoes. Some guy in North Carolina plants, successfully, in the late fall. I know I live in a colder climate with a shorter growing season but nothing ventured, nothing gained! If it doesn’t work, I haven’t lost anything. My sister had potatoes with eyes, and gave me a few. I’m considering this an experiment.

Good Mornin'!

I missed the opening too. A brake line started leaking on the Durango...rats! The Saturn is down too because it needs a computer. I ordered one and it's supposed to be in today but I need the D to get it, ...double rats, LOL!

Luckily we have all our Thanksgiving shopping done. Guess I'll have to have our daughter or oldest son pick up the computer and I'll put it in later.

Have to get to bed early today though...triple rats!

I feel for ya p6!

Talking about working on the holidays (Q&R); I worked on Thanksgiving for a couple of years running because of my job! Was it fun? No. But the job required it and I understood that. I’m sick of whiners and complainers!

Morning n’at!!! Waves!!!

Rose is sooooo spot on. You do what you have to do. I have worked every holiday except Christmas. College age son (he is done w/school mid December) works at Tarjay over breaks (stockroom). He was thrilled to get 38 hours (and he will go in Thursday night). Sadly, Target will keep him afloat til he finds a computer science related job. Fingers/toes crrosssed.

Good for your son! Yes, at least he’ll have something! Sneakers Jr will graduate in Dec 2012 if he goes next summer (I think). He works for our local newspaper part time. They told him it will be full time after he graduates as long as he needed it. At least our sons have jobs! People who whine should consider themselves lucky!
