I was in college in the 60's...the era of the Free Speech crowd at Berkley, the SDS mess at Columbia..the take-over of the campus buildings...and trashing them..back then they were called "sit-ins" "teach-ins" and "live-ins"..surprised they haven't reapplied those terms to the OWS mobs..

I recall a few weeks ago, somebody blogged that OWS wants/needs a "Kent State like " moment..they're trying to raise this incident to that level...

Yes, you are exactly right. That is the goal of those who started “Occupy.” The hard Left did the same way back with the Haymarket riots. The goal is to get the police to act and kill someone, so they can yell “police brutality” in hopes of radicalizing people at a greater rate. Divide and conquer is their goal, so they will be the power brokers. They don’t care at all about the economy or poor people. Those who are camping out with them are naive “useful idiots” and are being used for a larger agenda that has nothing to do with the ostensibly reasons for “Occupy.”
