Learn what it means too. Limbic brain is functionally primitive. Basically eat, sleep, survive; like a fish or reptile so yeah I get her intended insult. However,since the limbic brain is not capable of the ".... intolerance, hatred, bitterness, ignorance..." she accuses us of and Ms G not capable of shutting up, she just sounds ignorant.
