Not sure..but aren’t there already laws on the book stating that very thing in several states?

Given that immigration is explicitly a federal responsibility, I seriously doubt it.

Alabama did recently and their unemployment went down. Imagine that, Americans can finally find work in their own country!

Thought Alabama passed a similiar law. The feds are suing the states that try to resolve the illegal problems.There are some states (California) that welcome the illegals.
