What we need to do is send some business owners who don't use e-verify and hire illegal workers to prison to send a message to other business owners and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

No E-Verify, no workee. No E-Verify, no welfare. There you go. Unplug the magnet, and they'll stay home. Illegals depend upon the complicity of our government in their crimes to stay here.
They can't survive in America without jobs, and since they can't get good paying jobs, they also require welfare handouts to make it all work. Take those two things away, and the scourge will end overnight.
Or would that be "inhumane"?
