There are a clot of people here, and several posting on this thread, who clearly want the GOP to commit political suicide by mass arrests, roundups and deportation of millions of illegals.

Just picture the evening news features of American police and troops cramming families including Mexican women and children into boxcars headed south of the border. They can make jokes about "the lamentations of their women," with a chuckle, as the wailing is shut off by the slamming of boxcar doors.

This is America, Anti-Newtie-style. They never say how they would do this without popular unrest and resistance. Imagine Detroit riots--Watts-- times ten--times a hundred.

Maybe they could study the Germans' methods. They had a similar program for purifying their population back in the day, I hear it was quite efficient.

Over 60% of the U.S. voters want our immigration laws enforced. I am tired of a two tier legal system, where illegal aliens are let go when they committ crimes and can get a drivers license without showing they’re here legally.

You’re whining about enforcing our laws. Why? I never had you pegged for a bleeding heart liberal!

I say let them continue to live under the radar.

Cut off any federal, state, local entitlements.

Make them pay for their Emergency Room visits.

Make if a felony to hire illegals and enforce it!

Issue an Executive Order that stops all Federal Funding to support education to illegals and terminate the law requiring the States of educate illegals K-12. Build the fence, secure the border, arrest those found fleeing through the deserts in CA, TX, NM, AZ, then send them back ASAP.

I don't give a rat's a** if the fence is electrifed, has a mote with alligators or is patroled by pit bulls. Illegals murder, rape, steal and terrorize our communities. Where is their respect for American's human rights? If we just enforced the laws we have now we don't need an amnesty bill or whatever Newtie is calling his “I'll Take The Heat” and then back peddles it as “Soft Immigration”.
How can illegal immigration be soft??? It's illegal, it's costing each of us taxpayers money. It's bringing crime, drugs, unskilled workers, poverty and imposing on our rights as Americans.

If you don't want to deport illegals and feel enforcing our laws are inhumane, then set up a sanctuary city in your State, fund it through State Taxation, personal, corporate or community donations. I have experienced what illegals, whether they have been here 25 years or 5 minutes are doing to our way of life.

I believe in legal immigration. Let those that want to be American Citizens follow our laws! You would not get away with what is happening to the USA with illegals no place else in the world that has a strong, vibrant economy. Take a look at France and the UK and tell me that illegal diversity works!

I think that "clot" you refer to is much larger than you think it is, I also think you are perjoratively declaring that we all want to physically deport Illegals, when if we did something much more simple, such as the following, they would simply self-deport:

1. Enforce existing laws
2. Build the COMPLETE border fence, not just in urban areas like Newt wants which represent somewhere around 1/10th of 1 percent of the border.
3. Complete enforcement of E-Verify for all employment and for all Social Services.

Without a job, and without all the freebies, they self-deport.

You have summed it up nicely and some of the clots posting here would be all for the “German method”. There are likely some “skin-heads” posting here and definitely some “Republic of Texas” members and JBers perhaps.
