I wonder which way the copy editor meant this headline to be read: “President as Piñata.” Does the copy editor mean his detractors take sticks to beat the president, or that we should expect a president to shower his supporters with gifts? In President Obama’s both meanings apply. All presidents are smacked around unfairly by critics; remember how the New York Times made up some cockamamie story about President Bush serving a fake turkey to troops in war-torn Iraq on Thanksgiving 2003? The New York Times finally corrected that mistake on July 11, 2004.

“I know we portayed him as the second coming of christ but”.............now the media is portraying him as a meer mortal man who is Jesus like in heart and mind.

Why the NYT and rest of MSM is tanking and can’t figure it out.
1. Where was this cover for Bush? Or any Republican anywhere?
2. Why do they demand perfection from any Republican yet can’t make excuses fast enough for liberals and democrats?
3. We never thought he was Superman. You and the rest sold us a “The One”, “The Messiah”.
If it was Star Trek, he’d be Queen of the Tribbles.
I thought he is supposed to be a “light-bringer” or “a type of god.”
I have a few words to call him too.
I don't consider the drug-addled communist in our White House to be worthy of the office he claims to hold, nor have I ever heard even one unfair criticism of that loser. The usurper is treated like the second coming of Jesus by people who don't believe in God, despite the fact that Barack Obama is by far the worst person in history to occupy our White House without a civil war starting in his tenure. If I gave out ratings the way the Nobel Committee gives out Prizes, I'd bump Obama to dead last based on potential. He's already achieved a position in which I would not be sure which side to cheer for if CW2 broke out, and I never imagined such a situation until the far left won the nomination for the racist former junior US Senator from Illinois/Hawaii/Kenya/Indonesia. There are no words to express just how disgusted I am with the pure evil dwelling in our White House.
