Reasonable doubt would infer that they did know each other and kept in touch, but this isn’t sufficient evidence to show that he did, in fact, commit adultery.
Given that it’s been 13 years, makes me question why now? Why not earlier? He did run in GA. This raises reasonable doubt that the relationship such as it was was anything more than friendship.
