He is a nut case.

Makes Ron Paul look sane.

As he is trashed repeatedly on this thread just let me say I will vote him over Nelson any day of the week. Nelson HAS to go!

I would guess that Cornelius McGillicuddy was of Irish rather than Scottish ancestry.

Is this the same Connie Mack who proposed the One Percent Plan to reduce the budget deficit? (Whatever happened to that plan?)

Bye bye Dem Senate

Meaningless if the progressive Republicans who vote with the Dems are counted as part of a Republican majority.

I’ve seen Col Mike McCalister speech at the RLC in New Orleans this past summer. He was great! He’ll be great along side of West.

is he from the Snowe, McCrap, Collins wing of the party that’s against off shore drilling or is he from the Palin, Demint wing which is in favor of drilling

I don’t care for the “R” label we already have that with McCRap, Collins, Snowe, and Macks wife who supported crap and trade.

Connie Mack IV is, of course, married to perhaps the most liberal Republican in the House, Mary Bono Mack. I guess that makes them Chaz Bono's step parents?

The Mack name is big in Florida.

We had a Connie Mack III in the Senate in the late 80’s early 90’s

When Senator Sheppard, from Texarkana, died in 1941, LBJ ran in the special election to succeed him. LBJ narrowly lost to Governor W. Lee “Pappy” O’Daniel. Threafter, LBJ swore he would never again be on the low end of a close election. Six years later when O’Daniel bowed out rather than face probable defeat, LBJ was the Democratic senatorial nominee by 87 disputed votes. He then won the general election over oilman Jack Porter of Houston, a friend of Speaker Joe Martin, some 75-25.

His own website, for starters.

"In the case of rape, incest, and "actual" endangerment of a mother's health the decision truly belongs with a woman." -- Allen West

You might also want to ask yourself why West voted to keep $100 million dollars in ObamaCare funding for school medical clinics, which we all know will be nothing but recruitment centers for the Planned Parenthood killing centers.

Tea Party favorite breaks with GOP on healthcare repeal votes

"Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.), who has emerged as an outspoken conservative voice among GOP freshmen, cast a surprising vote last week against a bill to scrap part of the 2010 healthcare overhaul. The legislation would repeal $100 million in funding for the construction of school-based health centers. West was one of just four Republicans to vote against the measure, which passed 235-191."

By the way, I don't trust anything NRTL says.
