Norway massacre: Breivik declared insane

Psychiatrists assessing self-confessed Norwegian mass killer Anders Behring Breivik have concluded that he is suffering from paranoid schizophrenia.

They believe he was in a psychotic state both during and after the twin attacks on 22 July that led to the deaths of 77 people and injured 151.

Their report must still be reviewed by a panel of forensic psychiatrists.

Breivik will still be tried in April but it seems likely he will be placed in psychiatric care rather than prison.

Breivik admits carrying out the attacks but has pleaded not guilty to charges, arguing that that the attacks were atrocious but necessary for his campaign to defend Europe against a Muslim invasion.

He probably does belong in an asylum . . . along with all the Muslim-importing politicians.

I doubt that he is schizophrenic. However, declaring him schizo may be the only way to lock him up for more than a couple years, considering Europe’s insane penal codes…

This is ridiculous. The guy knew exactly what he was doing. But, from what I’ve read Norway’s prisons are about as cushy as its hospitals.

Okay he’s insane.

Just in case, cut off his hands and feet. That way he won’t be a danger to those around him if he is ever declared sane again.

We are on the other extreme of insane? We try 6 year olds with felony assault for playing doctor and put them on sex offender registries for life.

I don’t see anything about his “insanit” that makes him less of a threat, or less deserving of a hemp necktie.

Stupid eurorweenies.

Of course, we don’t kill our murderers nearly as quickly or efficiently we need to, either.

Maybe more cushy when you consider that their government is in charge of both.

Norway is the most wealthy and open country in the word —last year EVERY single rape in Oslo was perpetrated by Muslims who hate Norway, or at least behave as if they do.

Evil? Sure, what he did was evil.

Nuts? No:

Norway is very ambitiously committing suicide by importing ever greater numbers of these people who with breath-taking clarity are destroying his country.

He gave up specifically BECAUSE he wanted a trial in order to nationally showcase his motives for this horrible crime.

My guess is that the legal system has guessed his strategy.

Shutting him away in Norway’s Prison-version of Club Med is their way of preserving their slow-motion multicultural process of national suicide.

He massacred a communist preparatory camp for children of the political elite.
I think he knew exactly what he was doing.

There will still be a trial.

Even the insane has the right to a fair trial ;-)

I mean it has to be esablished that he is actually guilty.

The only thing this judgement affects is the sentence. Instead of 21 years for multiple murders, he will be sentenced to forced psyciatric care.
