Anyone have a list of dem states that have been granted a waiver? There is a union waiver list on here from the past. Just would be interesting to see which of zero’s buddies get to play by different rules....red
The availability of waivers allows facilitates the polticization of health. The perceived need for waivers demonstrates the economics are unsound.
What if the states just refuse to play? No different than Obama deciding which laws he will enforce.
I would fight this in court that it is a matter of states’ rights.
AND, if the court system capitulates to the BHO’ers I would uphold my states rights regardless or otherwise “give me liberty or give me death”!. Somebody has to take a stand against this madness.
