Let me offer a few “Facts”.

As a sitting Governor, he can lead in enacting state immigration laws like Alabama.

If he is so serious, why isn’t he helping to enact state laws like Alabama.

Ho bout dat fact? What’s your excuse for him on that?

All you get is tied up in the courts and it costs the state taxpayers millions. Once a border governor like Perry, who WANTS the border sealed and illegal immigration STOPPED sits in the White House, this will FINALLY happen.

First deal with false statements about what a governor can and can’t do.

Second, we are not a dictatorship, we have a legislature. They are very, very independent minded in what they decide to do, when and how.

Third, we are Texas, we are not any of these other states. We chart our course on issues, not theirs.

We support their rights to enact laws, and we have joined in lawsuits supporting their rights. We do not tie ourselves to what they do, just support their rights. States rights.

I don’t have to make excuses.

I’m pro Perry as by far, by very far and away, the best choice and the most credentialed one running against Obama.

Not a one of the others is anything but totally imperfect.

Just as my candidate is. But my candidate offers the best of the bunch we have running right now.

Extremely proud of that.
