I believe this language means that the lawsuit has been filed in federal court. It does not mean that the Federal Government is a party to the lawsuit.

Anybody can sue anyone over anything.

This is easy. Make the two organizations guarantee that no illegals will vote in any election and stipulate that they will accept a $500 fine for each illegal that does vote.

Maybe we should all vote in the next election in Mexico. I’m sure they won’t mind.

"Anybody can sue anyone over anything."

Our Lawyers in this country, and their accomplice Judges, have screwed things up so badly that if this were 1942, we could have had German spies infiltrate this country, and Sue the U.S. Government for "Human Rights Violations" in WWII.

PS-La Raza advocates for the whole of the Southwest of the USA be returned to Mexico. It was taken illegally dontcha know. La Raza also encourages it's members to run for office in the USA to ‘change the direction’ of our Government. See: Antonio Villaragosa and Cruz Bustamante.

According to the Eleventh Amendment, they do not.

Of course, according to the “Full Faith and Credit” clause in the Constitution, your pistol permit is already legal nationwide!

NONE of our governments at any level follow the Constitution.

What is confusing is that you being from New York, so sophisticated and worldlyand all, should know that that nobody is buying the old idea that groups like La Raza are anything but taxpayer-funded surrogates working for the interests of the Federal Government.
