Yep, two things about this article and its premises.

One is that the “Somali” was raised in a culture that said it was OK to rape an infidel girl, and people of that culture need to be treated with circumspection, if allowed to be in a civilized culture at all.

The other item is that those who fear “vigilantism” need to understand that such actions DO NOT OCCUR when a legitimate government (one that punishes the wicked and rewards the righteous) pursues justice against those who harm the citizens of the society they are charged to protect.

People like this are animals, nothing more. They have no conscience or morals. They should be treated like any wild animal that attacks a human being................

The threat of a lynch mob does tend to keep government focused when it would rather not.

The yelling all the time by the alleged perp does seem to indicate radicalization while in Somalia.
