I used to work at a company where we had some Muslim guy wash his feet in the sinks in the men's room. That was pretty disgusting.

Surely the buildings at Boston College are old enough where they have the urinals that run from the floor to about waist high? Jigger the valve on one of those so the water runs constantly, get some imam to bless it or whatever is necessary and presto! You have a foot bath that is in keeping with the desirability to recycle existing facilities.
