Nope....today he says everything is on the table.

Tomorrow he says, looks like it takes more energy to create than it puts out....looks like subsidies are non-value added.

Have you ever taken a baseline test at the beginning of the term and then repeated the test at the end of the term?
The intent is to determine how much you learned during the term, not whether you were “lying” at the beginning of the term.
