It’s the DA’s job to “get” all those involved in this perverse crime. We’re talking about the Penn State Board of Trustees and the Penn State executive leadership (including ex-pres. Spanier and predisessors) to include the football program leadership and the campus police. We’re talking about the possibility Sandusky was pimping these kids to big alumni doners. We’re talking about the State College Police and the Center County Grand Jury. We’re talking about the Pennsylvania State Police and judiciary and quite possibly the governor—past and present. The all failed in their reponsibility to protect these kids. Hell were at risk kids from dysfunctional.

With malice aforethought Sandusky set up his foundation with the express purpose of preying on these kids. And double hell, the judge that let Sandusky go with a “no cash” bail after he was finally charged was a volunteer for the foundation.

Given the breadth and depth of the moral rot, why would a DA attempt to limit his/her investigation? Every adult person and/or entity with responsibility for protecting the kids failed. Moreover, given the vast scope of the cover up—time, people and entities—why would a DA want to risk being accused of doing the same? My God, the first DA involved with this case went missing and is presumed dead. That may or may not be a result of the cover up. But the fact is, we don’t know.

Oh, and what about the kids? Aren’t they entitled to total justice? If you’re not sure about that then what does that say about you?

Yes , they are entitled to justice. But it my universe wanting to punish Sandusky is part of that justice. The biggest part, in fact. In my opinion, it will be a terrible failure if Sandusky ever leaves prison alive. Giving him "a deal," would mean he would probably get out. What does that say about you that you want this monster to, get a deal and not be punished to the fullest extent of the law? You can say terrible things about me, like you have, but I AM NOT ASHAMED THAT I THINK SANDUSKY SHOULD BE PUNISHED TO THE FULLEST extent of the law. No deals for this monster.

Is English your first language? Please show me where I said anything about, limiting the investigation? I said that a D.A. should not lessen the punishment of Sandusky. Why are you trying to minimize his crimes?
