Wow newb, could you be more obvious for whatever candidate you’re pimping for?
As Neocon1984 already corrected stated, the poster in question is a troll, specifically a troll who (by his own admission) is a federal parasite at the EPA who doesn't do much work, but sure spends a lot of taxpayer money.
So consider the source of this, I've already hit the abuse button and will do so again.
