I won’t flame you. I happen to agree (as if everyone here doesn’t know that already).

Not a day goes by, that I don’t stop and wonder what alternative universe I’ve landed in. In the real world, Sarah was supposed to be running away with the nomination by now.

I’ve accepted her decision, but she wouldn’t be the first reluctant candidate to have her mind changed by circumstances. Others before her have chosen to stay out, only to change their minds when the dynamics of the race demanded they stand for office.

You must admit, our circumstances with this election are dire. It looks for all the world that the ruling class establishment are once again going to get a president who is beholden to them, and NOT the US Constitution and the American people, but a puppet slave who they can use to further dismantle this country.

I can’t think of another outsider of Palin’s caliber who has what it takes in the way of latent support to still get in and win at this point in the race. And we desperately need a better choice that what we have now.

Come on, Sarah, do it. Do it now.

Oh well, she just grabbed 45% on the hotair poll.

Did she now? I voted in that poll earlier, but haven't seen the results.

45%, you say? Doesn't that beat the pants off Tweedledum and Tweedledee?

Yes, make spaghetti for the kids or something.

Disgusting..... Your opinion of Sarah Palin is indistinguishable for that of any moonbat liberal's.

Pity that you live with such ugliness in your heart. Even worse - you appear to revel in it.

And that means what? Can’t find anything else to say? I have a niece who spells her name with an “h” at the end. So sue me. Still, I’m on this thread because I admire Sara (not my niece with an “h”) Palin. You’re here because...?

You have to be the very worst at understanding SP. She has an Agenda,it is called save America from the liberals that are destroying America with the help of lefty Republicans.

You used a lot of words to say nothing, nonsensical bushwah. You and others have trashed her for years, and now you think you can sucker her into supporting your candidate.

You have not been paying attention to her words,or you are just a BS artist.

Palin confidant offers forum to Rick Santorum

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-57335945-503544/palin-confidant-offers-forum-to-rick-santorum/

Excerpt:

....... Palin confidant Steve Bannon has booked the former Pennsylvania senator for an hour-long interview on his radio show. Santorum will appear as a guest on Bannon’s “Victory Sessions” on Los Angeles’ KABC on Sunday night.

“We’re going to give an entire hour to have him walk through his argument for why he should be the Republican nominee and specifically about Gov. Palin’s comment about how he’s the most ideologically consistent candidate and how that compares and contrasts with the others,” Bannon said.

*snip*

Palin then went out of her way to tout Santorum, commending his positions on foreign policy, abortion and taxes. “If voters start kind of shifting gears and decided they want ideological consistency, then they’re going to start paying attention to, say, Rick Santorum,” Palin said.

Yes it is ironic I suppose.

I was all for Sarah, I thought she could win.

She chose her family and that was the right choice for her I suppose. She made her choice, now she should just live with it and move on.

There are plenty of threads where Palin is never mentioned. You are being Orwellian in demanding we NOT express our right of Free Speech.

I'm on it because I don't.

Divergent and contrary opinion? What a concept! And on a conservative political discussion board to boot. It boggles the mind.

Obviously you did not get the "FR Groupthink" memo. (Neither did I, but it must be out there, somewhere.)

I wasn't upset by anything. Hate fills FR these days... most of us are getting used to being hated... Conservatives have always been hated by progressives. Progressives are fanning the flames of hate and division on FR and in society today... and that covers ALL dims and republican progressives. Friday Rush said, "The republican party of today is just not a Conservative party". That leaves one other choice... progressive. What I was complaining to you about was this:

“She moved on and should stay moved on.”

Meaning she should STFU and we should STFU because you do not want her back in the public domain. That is Orwellian.

I did not say or mean that you should STFU, as you state.

Have you quit?

Sarah quit.
Just like she quit in Alaska.

When you quit you should get out of the way.
She made her decision she should abide by it.
I was all for her until she quit.

I was all for Fred Thompson in the last election, and he quit too.
He didn’t drop out of the race, he just ran half-hearted because he didnt want to win.

George Bush the 41st. President Quit. He ran a lackluster campaign because he didnt want to win. In essence he quit.He gave Bubba the White House.

I am tired of quitters. I am tired of RINO’s

Now I don’t ask that you agree with me I am just giving you my feelings.

You and others have trashed her for years, and now you think you can sucker her into supporting your candidate.

Err, no. I like Palin just fine actually and at one time supported her for our nomination. By early summer it had become obvious to me and most political analysts that she was not serious about running for President. My posts regarding Palin since that time were mostly related to pointing out that she was doing none of the things a serious candidate for President would do. People such as yourself rejected what was pretty clear, and it turns out I was 100% correct. I thought she should not have run a long drawn out tease campaign to keep the spotlight on herself that would prove divisive and inevitably result in her declaring she would not be a candidate.

I'm not the one who assigns ridiculous motives and machinations to every word she utters. It is the fanatical cult of Sarah types such as yourself that seem convinced that every opinion Palin expresses is rooted in some kind of Sun Tzu like grand political chess game in which she's thinking 8 moves ahead of her opponents and the "establishment". We were treated to months of this gibberish through the summer and early fall during which many of her supporters insisted that she absolutely was running for President and rest of the world who were too stupid to see it. And who was right? Certainly not you and the fanatics that couldn't see the obvious signs that Palin was doing zilch to prepare a campaign.

Many of you just read things into Palin that aren't there. Palin fanatics can't seem to grasp that she is just a conservative politician who has decided political analysis is her best path forward. Her commentary is basically just Sarah thinking out loud, not some clever, super deep plan to shape the race how it best suits her in an attempt to stay ahead of everyone else.

You guys lost that "quit" argument eons ago. I refuse to revisit it. It does not matter... no matter what happens in this coming election... if we make it that far... this entire house of cards... built upon corruption and lies... is going to crash. We will rebuild and get the America that we want. Sarah will be there helping in some capacity.
