Why suspend no quit? Does it have to do with campaign finance laws and using the money?

Yes, having a GF and running for president is not a very smart thing for a REPUBLICAN to do.

In war as in life, it is often necessary when some cherished scheme has failed, to take up the best alternative open, and if so, it is folly not to work for it with all your might.

No one quits this early, there are too many legal issues with the donations. By suspending, you can manage transferring donations and resources to a PAC w/ out campaign finance issues. It also allows for unexpected changes in in the storyline.

Unlike John McCain, at least he suspended his campaign while there are other candidates to choose from, instead of leaving the Republicans with no candidate while he runs to vote for the TARP ripoff.

I don’t know, but I just took my Cain sticker off my car. At least it was easy to get off.

I’m disgusted. He’s a quitter.

Suspend? Why use the word suspend if he is dropping out, or ending his presidential run? Do we know for certain?

I no longer care and will simply vote Democrat in 2012, so that they can finish destroying the nation as they want too.

Any man carrying on a 13-year affair who decides to run for president is stupid if he doesn’t announce the affair up front.

Cain was stupid.

Well, I hope for the best for Herman Cain and his family. I hate that lies and smears won the day and took out a decent, ordinary citizen who just wanted to restore America to some semblance of greatness. Who in their right minds would run for office now?

The happiest I’ve been politically in a very long time was after the glowing pro-Herman speeches, when Herman was introduced, his pus pulled up, and he and Gloria came out to “I am America.”

What a sharp drop down from there.
