No, better they become legal and then carry on. I am not for one state over another having their own laws concerning illegals...they simply cross borders then and become an issue where they land thereafter.

IF we want to be fair about it, not let just Central America and those who can get to the border in, we should let about 125,000 per year in based on what they can do for the country, not their need.
If we start letting people in the country based on need our population will be 2 billion. We can't afford the people we have now.
