I think you mean embryonic stem cell research. Some fetal stem cells can be obtained with out anyone dying.
The good news is that destructive stem cell research that depends on the destruction of embryos is dead itself.

...I know, as I'm sure he does, that adult stem cells have been proven very effective in treatments, while fetal or embryonic stem cells haven't.....and those of us who are prolife......do not support fetal stem cell research.
