Newt did some good things almost 20 years ago. Today is a different person. He is weak and will bend over backwards for the enemies of this country like Pelosi and others.
It doesn’t sound like the Religious Right ~ in fact, it sounds more like Westboro Baptist than anything, and they’re all Democrats.
Registered in AZ, closer to Perry territory than any of the others. Perry has been throwing his wallet around here in with many ads targeting religiously oriented voters so I’m guessing this is his. All true, except the discredited hospital story, and enough more liberal moments to make McCain seem conservative available to replace that.

Who are the bonafide conservatives now? Is there a scorecard? I mean, cripes...talk about what have you done for me lately...this is like working with a pack of show business people ... or sports agents. Id rather walk around the jungle in a raw meat suit than run for office as a conservative.
Basically you have to be unelectable and preferably never electable before you can earn the label. There are a handful in the House who might qualify on a good day maybe a couple of Senators. The most conservative governor in the union is called a despicable “RINO” so I guess no governors qualify. Maybe a few handfuls of state legislators.
Our friends are more deadly than our enemies. And these labels “conservative” and “liberal” are as outdated and useless as an Arab cell phone.
