That’s interesting. I have a lot of respect for Quayle.

I do too. I hadn't given any thought to who he might endorse but i don't think i would have guessed Romney. Perhaps he simply feels that this is coming down to a two man race and so between Romney & Gingrich he favors Romney out of a dislike for Gingrich's personal life. In other words, Romney scores much higher on the "family values" scale. Maybe that was the deciding factor in his mind.

Dan must be a Newt supporter. Endorsing Mitt is the best thing he can do for Gingrich...
