Great interview. Notice he is advocating replacing Social Security with an optional private account system. This is radical, conservative reform. He has the experience to pull it off.
I agree. A good interview. I like listening to Newt. I think its the professor in him. He gets down and dirty with explaining his positions and policies.
What I sense is that he’s not afraid to get into the inside baseball aspects of things. Rather than some elitists who deem us only worthy of broad strokes and platitudes.
I’m definitely down for a private Social Security account. Sign me up. I also loved his comment about cleaning out the State Department of its entrenched supporters of radical Islam.
