Newt’s surge is mostly because he has been coming out swinging at the Democrats, I espeically liked when he called out Obama for a debate and Obama could bring his teleprompter, showing for all that the President really isn’t all that great at speeches. The final Republican candidate is going to have be a fighting mode, as the one who finally does get be the candidate is going to get the anal exam of all anal exams running against Obama’s re-election. I am willing to forgive Newt’s past if he keeps up the fighting spirit and takes it to the media and the Democrat party (I also like how Nancy Pelosi’s attempt to hurt Nex got shut down).

How do you figure he makes a fool out of them? He may be bombastic and ask tilted questions. He may be a narcissist, but than again so is anyone that runs for president. If a candidate can not handle Trump's questions and probing about issues, how possibly will they handle the 'legitimate journalists' questions about what type of under wear they prefer or what is their favorite Pizza?

At what point do you stop buying into the narrative of the Left that some people are legitimate but others are not. Why are you so invested in the Lefts false narative.

We live in a free society if Donald Trump and Newsmax want to hold a debate on ION TV, why is that less legitimate than Anderson Cooper moderating a debate on CNN. The are hardly fair and balanced. They are hardly provably more intelligent or relevant than Trump. Many would argue that Trump is significantly more relevant than Cooper and CNN. I know I would and I think Trump is a dolt and a trust fund blow hard.

Yes. It was sarcasm. I’m not really a fan of Trump. I’m just pointing out that if you want to be outraged....lets be outraged at what has become the status quo in journalism.

I am curious about the side show—it will be entertaining if nothing else-—and whats so wrong about that? lets see the show and then Judge. The Trump haters will do all they can to trash the debate before it happens. the MSM will do all in their power to mock and —if possible—stop the Trump debate. Remember how they stopped the Fox Debate back in 2007? The Trump debate is something they can’t control with loaded questions and fake indignation (recall the so called Tea Party Debate?). Now their goal is to rip down Newt so they can force Mitt down the throats of the GOP and ensure an Obama win.

"The narrative of the left" is the farthest thing from my mind. I don't watch television. The only paper I read is local, and the only magazines I read are trade journals.

The only narrative I subject myself to is the talk radio narrative. But guess what? I still arrive at my own conclusions.

Trump makes a fool of the GOP candidates because THEY are going to see HIM. He's the dominant figure. He's Don Corleone, they are the grocer whose daughter got harassed. It's pathetic.

If I'm running for president, Donald can come see me or he can f--- off. He enjoys doing this stuff because it strokes his ego and turns the candidates into his bitches.

He's a clown who trivializes the entire election. He's a publicity whore. Anyone who gives in to him loses face in my book.

And guess what, I came to that all on my own. No narrative. No template. Just my own point of view. So bite me.

Here is one who has been outraged with the lack of professional honesty of journalists for several decades.

‘The only paper I read is local, and the only magazines I read are trade journals.’

Perhaps it would do you well to become more informed. You may be able to establish a rationale argument without perversely worded attacks.

As I said, I am no Trump fan. However, Trump is a 12 times best selling author, he is a major real estate developer in NYC and in several other major U.S. Cities. He has a top rated television program on a major broadcast network, He has World wide contacts and employs tens of thousands of people. He is also a billionaire seven times over. He is a man of accomplishment.

I am certain that the candidates are at least moderately interested in not only his endorsement, but more importantly, the free air time News Max offers. It is an hour long free commercial for their campaign. All they have to do is handle a person you consider a clown and direct the message they would like to get out to the electorate.

What they are not interested in is how you feel about them or their campaigns. You are not running for president, or for anything else. Your opinion of them is less than worthless to any of the candidates, or almost anybody else for that matter.

By the way, Bonasera was an undertaker not a grocer. He accepted justice as a gift on the day of Don Corleone's daughter's wedding. He also repaid his debt by using all his skills so that Santino’s mother wouldn't have to see him that way.

It was Capt Willard who was an errand boy sent by grocery clerks to collect a bill.

I’m not wasting any more time discussing it or reading about it. I’m plenty well informed, thanks. And you’re a fanboy, despite your protestations to the contrary. Bye.
