That may be what the cop chiefs may say, but has anyone heard any explaination of how zero-video helps keep LEO safe. I realize it may keep em safe from law suits, but just wondering, let’s say “what the claimed legal excuse” is.
Don’t even have a video cam, other than my “old” cell phone, but am tempted to test this video prohibition to find out.
