Makes me sick. Guess the widow just decided that the fight was futile and agreed to the withdrawal. Who says public pressure doesn’t work? May he rot in hell. No forgiveness from this 30 year retired LEO.

Now he goes into the "general population' at the prison where he will be turned into someone's byoch.
The widow knows what happens ~ so do the cops and the prosecutor.

"meaning he will spend the rest of his life in prison for gunning down a white police officer nearly 30 years ago."
Why should anyone believe he will spend the rest of his life in prison? The sentence will continue to be reduced as long as the left keeps whining.
To: tobyhill
I cannot understand why Hollywood celebrates this evil, murdering thug. While we have a moral obligation to provide a safe facility for prisoners, I would not cry if we fell short in this case. Mumia Abu-Jamal deserves to die for his crimes.

THIS is a pure gut punch. I had to read the headline three times and STILL can’t believe it!

Disgusting.

Don’t count on him becoming Bubba’s boytoy. He killed a LEO and as such will be given a lot of respect. And don’t forget one other very important fact. He is black.

So in a news report on criminality - with a criminal at large that the public should be on the lookout for - no racial description or even skin color description is given.
But in THIS article it is apparently essential to point out that Mumia is black, the Police Officer he was convicted of murdering is white, and the Prosecutor is black.
Can't tell the players without a program!!!!
WTH???

I am not surpriesd at all. Next time he is heard from, he will have been released from prison, for whatever reason the Communists can think up, and will have killed another cop. But on the bright side, the voters are finally getting what they vote for. They vote to put shit in political offices and positions of power and this is what they get.
You can say what you want about Florida being wacky, but, we have never had a sob on death row having a radio show and broadcasting.

He’ll be freed within a year.

The rest of his life in prison?
Sure. Right. I bet he’s out of prison before Obama is out of office.
