http://race42012.com/2011/12/07/gingrich-on-kudlow/

watch this interview of Gingrich, I just went from reluctently following to shaking with excitment supporter of Gingrich after watching it.

I honestly think Gingrich is the smartest politician of my lifetime.

Newt, for all his faults, has been battling the liberals for 30 years.

Sure, when he's not agreeing with them.

The fact that he won't take part in the Trump debate says it all about Huntsman - nose-in-the-air elitist.

Well... though I'm no fan of Huntsman, IMO he gets props for washing his hands of Trump. I find the GOP candidates' pilgrimages to kiss that self-worshiping, publicity-craving a**hole's ring rather puke-inducing.

Hell I didn’t vote for Brian Rooney here in Michigan because his uncle Dan was appointed ambassador to Ireland by Obama. These Obama appointments are payback for political favors. Don’t know what favor Huntsman did for Bammy but I’m sure a little digging could find it.

Just FYI, Huntsman isn’t for capping greenhouse gases and would build the fence out of necessity even though he hates the idea (consistent with most Americans).

Huntsman seems more genuine than Romney, that’s for sure. And more conservative.

Please give this article, and Jon Huntsman, an honest assessment

You're right... I did give it an honest assessment, and conclude Huntsman should offer the VP slot to Fred Karger, given Huntsman's penchant for supporting homosexual causes.

Newt is a bona fide genius and can hammer Obama with the best of them, but what good is it if you are famously immoral, undisciplined, both verbally and emotionally, with a leadership style that many who served under you would rather not have back.

And he is now flipping back over his flip flopped position and reasserting himself on the belief of mandates. Oh, but “personal ones”. WTF? Newt is now campaigning as another BIG gov’t guy. He sees gov’t intervention in everything.

If we’re looking at Huntsman, I think we should also look at Larry the cable guy.

Huntsman kissed Obama’s arse and sent him “love letters” after accepting the ambassador’s post to Beijing. That alone disqualifies him from the Presidency.

Huntsman was on Laura Ingraham this morning saying he supports the conclusions of "99 out of 100 scientists" on Global Warming, much as he would support an equivalent ratio of scientists making conclusions about cancer. But then Huntman says he wouldn't do anything about it that would handicap America economically, especially if countries like India and China weren't on board as well.

Huh?

- So Huntsman believes "99 out of 100 scientists" that we're essentially destroying the planet, but the economy is more important?
- Or, Huntsman would be willing to handicap America's economy only if China and India agreed to handicap their economies as well - let's all shoot ourselves in the foot?

This is as ridiculous as Perry saying he's not for Amnesty yet is willing to give in-state tuition for illegals.

How credible is a candidate who states openly he would again work for Obama if asked?

Here’s the Obama line against Huntsman, in its entirety:

“Jon Huntsman made a fine ambassador to China, working for me, but I don’t think he’s ready to be promoted to President.”

What’s Huntsman supposed to retort to that, “Yes I am”?

That said, if by some vast cosmic accident Huntsman becomes the Republican candidate, I’ll vote for him. Anybody But Obama.

That's a pretty good test, but not quite extensive enough. I find myself on the 80% economic/50% social juntion, IOW, right where moderate, libertarian and right/conservative meet.

This probably makes Huntsman 3rd closest to my views (after Bachmann and Santorum). I would take him over Newt or Mitt for no other reason than his two years as ObaMao's ambassador to China leaves him less tainted than the political resumes of the other front runners.

Except for the fact that he ain't never going to be a front runner.

I will give an honest assessment, based on his record.

Jon Huntsman is THE most liberal candidate in the race. PERIOD. He is far to the left of Romney, Gingrich, or anyone else running. At least Ron Paul can rightfully claim to have a libertarian voting record...not Huntsman. He is as centrist as you can get.

Jon Huntsman's entire record.

Thanks for that, I posted a link as well.

Ontheissues.org is a very handy website for researching any politician’s record. The results are often very surprising. (Not in the case of Jon Huntsman, though).

Are you Huntsman’s internet campaign manager?

Just asking.
