We should recall, in all of this, that Hillary Clinton's State Department couldn't predict virtually any of the Arab government changes, nor could it be bothered to even issue travel warnings, much less actually deliver warden messages to Americans in Egypt while the country became unglued around them. Diplomatic gaffe after gaffe.

Exactly. Romney would not make bold changes like this in the ethos of government.
Hard to imagine Romney picking top, controversial conservatives like West, Palin or Bolton for any job in the admin.
