No, I don't think anyone has suggested that. He has a right, consistant with local ordinance, to distribute his hate material. The paper has a right to publish the news. Heck, I have the ability, not right since this is a private site, to express my opinion that the guy is a Jew hating bigot. If that offends you as the article appears to have, sorry.
