I really think Cain should have hit back harder by turning his lawyer loose on the first one.

That's one of the sad things about being a newbie to the world of big league politics. The opposition plays dirty, and even if you're squeaky clean, you'd better be prepared to train every gun you've got on them, and fire at will.

Seems to me that Cain was just overwhelmed by the brutality of the attacks, and didn't know how to fire back with enough force to put their lights out. They put his out, instead.
