My thoughts (which are probably worth everything you’re paying for them, lol).

North Carolina - Almost surely goes GOP in 2012. Virginia and Indiana (two other states Obama got in 2008) should go solidly red in 2012, IMHO.

Florida - I consider Florida to be 1 of 3 “Decider” states - Fla, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. I believe whoever takes at least 2 out of 3 of them will win the election. My gut feeling is that the GOP will have a slight edge in Florida, at least, though it’s not a lock. Maybe a 3-5 point win?

Pennsylvania - Just don’t know on this one. I think a strong GOP ticket can take it this time, though I also think it will be a harder prize to take than Ohio or Florida.
