All I am saying is people lie and make things up. And our beautiful system of trial by Jury attempts to get at the TRUTH. It isn't perfect - as you pointed out in the OJ trial or as I pointed out with the Day Care trials.
But it is better than folks like you just assuming the guy is guilty based on these things before both sides can be heard.

I am standing with the victims. I could care less how low those at PennState have fallen from those lofty heights. Fact is, this should have been dealt with years ago. Many of us have read the facts and are shocked and disgusted with this whole mess. A grand jury has indicted him.....his wife can whine all she wants. Where was she? Heck, didn’t I hear one of the newest victims is his own grandson? Just like the Jews, these children cannot protect themselves from the old boy network that exists there. It sickens me.

ESPN’s screw up has nothing to do with what witnesses have testified to under oath.
In order to convince everyone of his innocence, he will have to show why several victims have lied, why McQueary lied, and why the janitors lied.

He has admitted to showering naked with 10 and 12 year old boys. He admits to doing this even after he was specifically told not to.

I have read the grand jury report. I don’t need to rely upon the media to know just how damning the evidence against this guy - and the Penn State football program - is.

Great post, exactly. This is not a case of hysteria but one in which a cult prevailed so that an institution would not be tarnished. At the expense of serious harm to young boys from vulnerable lifestyles.

Then you have two adults who witnessed sexual abuse, another who walked in on a questionable situation - Sandusky on the floor "wrestling" with a young boy in an odd setting.
There is more I cannot recall. It's way too obvious and I seriously don't care if the media convicts this one.
You need to read the grand jury indictments.
