Paul’s opinions on economics and personal Liberty are sound. But, he IS a complete nut when it comes to U.S. foreign policy.
Whatever the Obama DOD is considering, with respect to Iran, in the current domestic and international political climate, a U.S. invasion of Iran is certainly not an option that is under serious consideration.
By "personal Liberty" I assume you mean legalized drugs and prostitution and the homo agenda writ large? Since these are all official Libertarian Party platform issues and RPaul is on board at least with the drugs and fag "rights".
There's a difference - a vast gulf of difference - between "liberty" and "license".
