Yes, Ron Paul is focused on honoring the promises that were made to those who served and got pretty ticked off at Obama for suggesting cuts to military benefits a few months back:

Personally, I think that Ron Paul's is going to be the least painful way of getting us back on track, economically and socially -- and while it isn't going to painless, it's going to hurt like hell for some -- it's may well be the last step before a potentially real financial, social and political Armageddon for this country.
