What you are saying is that US military satellites have been compromised. If what you allege is true, the entire military, including all of our aircraft, ground troops and navigational weapons (smart artillery, JDAM, etc.) can now be controlled by the enemy. Also, this would include any secure communications too.
I vote for "inside job" in the same way that Clinton orchestrated the give-away of missile guidance technology through Loral to China.
