Great, a government department populated by MBA having, CEO wannabes who've probably never made anything work in their entire lives. They're going to hire all their egghead buddies to create an echo chamber and lecture us on lean six sigma, organizational silos, employee empowerment, blah blah blah

What manufacturing in this country needs is a system that respects vision and balls. Cut bullshit regulations and excessive taxes, but also let the chips fall where they may when mistakes are made.

It’s worse than that. John Bryson is a RADICAL environmentalist. He ran Southern California Edison for 18 years before becoming Commerce Dept. Secretary. Prior to Edison, he co-founded the radical left-wing Natural Resources Defense Council in 1970. After leaving Edison in 2008, he supported the 2009 House bill for cap-and-trade. This man can do a lot of damage.
