You can't see the actual text of the petition without registering your address and email with the recall site.

I wanted to see if the petition has any language regarding false statements, names, etc.

Do petitions usually have language to the effect that by signing the petition you certify that your name and address are correct and that you are a resident of the jurisdiction?

No idea. While I've been asked by the union steward in an e-mail to sign, I have not been asked in person. Which is amazing. The woman across the street from us has "Recall Walker" signs in her yard. And I work for the state government.
