FALLUJAH, Iraq — Hundreds of Iraqis set alight U.S. and Israeli flags on Wednesday as they celebrated the impending pullout of American forces from the country in the former insurgent bastion of Fallujah. Shouting slogans in support of the “resistance,” the demonstrators held up banners and placards inscribed with phrases like, “Now we are free” and “Fallujah is the flame of the resistance.” Surrounded by the Iraqi army, demonstrators carried posters bearing photos of apparent insurgents, faces covered and carrying weapons. They also held up pictures of U.S. soldiers killed and military vehicles destroyed in the two major offensives against the city in 2004.

Quick, call Newt, he’s going to bring them to America to educate them about modernity so they like us.

That is a stupid statement. Wake up!

Hundreds of Iraqis set alight U.S. and Israeli flags...

Odd, there were no Israeli soldiers in Iraq.

No matter, if a third time is needed for Fallujah, don't waste blood and sweat, just nuke it (dial a low yield of course).

Bush made a terrible mistake and Obama continued on with it.

Taking out Hussein was a good idea. Sticking around and WASTING American lives and American money in trying to drag these 6th century savages into the modern world was a big mistake. And we are doing the SAME THING in Afghanistan.

Muslims are savages. Ungrateful, intolerant, violent savages. Islam is NOT a “peaceful” religion - its a death cult full of hate and ingratitude.

These people are not ready for democracy. Each and every one of the Arab Spring governments, generated by that fool Bush’s and that other fool Obama’s foreing policies will degenerate from a pro-western (sort of) military dictatorship, to an anti-western theocratic dictatorship.

Ask those damned fools Bush II and Obama if they are happy with their delusions now. My guess is Bush II is regretting it and Obama is quite happy with things as they turned out.

How many are still in favor of sending our best and finest over there to die and save their sorry asses?????

And many here think Ron Paul is nuts for advocating a non-interventionist policy.

Hmmm...well, I wonder if they’d have been able to have a similar gathering to mock Saddam?

Probably not. For as much as this turns my stomach, they are actually exercising the freedom we gave them. It’s more ironic than anything that they can now do this (in the way they’re expressing themselves).

Nobody is better at killing than we are! Ireland thought they were fighting a “war” and those posers couldn’t even match the death rate of an average American city - what war were we supposedly fighting?

An American male of fighting age is safer in Iraq or Afghanistan than in the average urban American city.

Nobody kills like we do! Nobody!

Drop a Koran atop the blaze. That'll put it out. No oxygen escapes from that black hole of a book.

-"but there appear to be two U.S. troops there,"

I don't think their C/O would have his U.S. troops anywhere near such a happy gathering. Iraqi troops have very similar uniforms now. However, that one sure looks like he's got an Airborne patch.

It is not at all short sighted, not in the least. Their agenda has not changed for centuries and it hasn’t changed now. As long as they adhere to the Koran,Muhammed, and their Imams the environment for hatred of all which is not Islam is not going to change.... The goal is for the world to be Islamic and that agenda continues be it here in the US via Stealth Jihad, or overseas....it’s that simple. Any of them who say otherwise are lying....

No...they are expressing themselves as they have done for centuries...nothings changed at all in that respect. It is and will remain hatred for Israel and the US.

What matters to them is only the comfort level of daily life where they can obtain more materially, otherwise there's no difference in the mindset..and never will be until they denounce Islam and their Koran and their Prohet and Iamams....there simply isn't any other way.

If we aren’t willing to truly conquer a people, and sit on them for a generation or two and really change their culture, then we need to stop at going in for a punitive expedition and getting the heck out. No more nation building for unreconstructed savages.

No, but they held just as many US flag-burnings when Saddam was in power. Therefore, I see little difference.

Taking out Hussein was a good idea.

I even wonder about that. After Gulf War I Saddam was too weak to threaten his neighbors, but he was a counterbalance to Iran. Now that counterbalance is gone.

The Iraqi people certainly suffered under Saddam. But their suffering was also great in the chaos after Gulf War II. And it's not nearly over yet. I fear a civil war will break out in Iraq after we leave.

.

So how many billions of dollars in aid will Obama keep pouring in..
___________________________________

The average American hasn’t a clue how much of our tax money Obama has sent down Muslim sh*t holes while he threatens to cut medicare and withold senior’s social security checks!

BILLIONS FOR JIHAD!

Obamas 2009 Supplemental Appropriations for Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Pandemic Flu was revised and passed by the full committee.
It gives billions http://creepingsharia.wordpress.com/2009/05/1...
of U.S. taxpayer dollars to countries and entities that support Sharia law and/or harbor, hide and support those who want to destroy the U.S. and our allies.
Read the summary from David Obeys office that was quietly released last week with nary a word from any media.

$3.6 billion, matching the request, to expand and improve capabilities of the Afghan security forces

$400 million, as requested, to build the counterinsurgency capabilities of the Pakistani security forces

Afghanistan:$1.52 billion,$86 million above the request

West Bank and Gaza:$665 million in bilateral economic, humanitarian, and security assistance for the West Bank and Gaza

Jordan:$250 million,$250 million above the request, including $100 million for economic and $150 million for security assistance

Egypt:$360 million,$310 million above the request, including $50 million for economic assistance,$50 million for border security, and $260 million for security assistance

Pakistan:$1.9 billion,$591 million above the request

Iraq:$968 million,$336 million above the request

Oversight:$20 million,$13 million above the request, to expand oversight capacity of the State Department, USAID, and the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan to review programs in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq
Lebanon:$74 million

International Food Assistance:$500 million,$200 million above the request, for PL 480 international food assistance to alleviate suffering during the global economic crisis

Refugee Assistance:$343 million,$50 million above the request, including humanitarian assistance for Gaza. Funding for the UN Relief and Works Agency programs in the West Bank and Gaza is limited to $119 million (Note: Gaza = Hamas)

Disaster Assistance:$200 million to avert famines and provide life-saving assistance during natural disasters and for internally displaced people around the world, including Somalia, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, the Middle East and South Asia

Peacekeeping:$837 million for United Nations
peacekeeping operations, including an expanded mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and a new mission in Chad and the Central African Republic

Department of Justice:$17 million, matching the request, for counter-terrorism activities and to provide training and assistance for the Iraqi criminal justice system
Obama gives your tax dollars to rebuild Muslim mosques around the world
http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/... #

ACCORDING TO THE ASSOCIATED PRESS, THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION WILL GIVE AWAY NEARLY $6 MILLION OF AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS TO RESTORE 63 HISTORIC AND CULTURAL SITES, INCLUDING ISLAMIC MOSQUES AND MINARETS, IN 55 NATIONS. See the State Department document here.
http://exchanges.state.gov/media/pdfs/office-...

And THAT’S just the tip of the iceberg.
THIS will blow your mind!!

http://gbk.eads.usaidallnet.gov/
They should have 2010 up, but they don’t. That’s where you’ll find Obama’s largesse towards Muslim countries really go off the charts.

THIS IS BUT THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG!!
