The story is misleading. Mickey mouse and hitler do not appear on any recall forms

Besides, Walker will be able to challange any names it believes to be fraudulent

How do you know that, have you seen all the recall petitions?

The GAB has requested $650,000 to verify legal addresses only. They won’t verify names, multiple signatures or check for felons.

Gov. Walker was elected as Governor. Now he has to spend the money to verify the recall petitions because the GAB refuses to do their job.

That appears to be ok with you.

"The story is misleading. Mickey mouse and hitler do not appear on any recall forms"

You miss the point. Names like "Mickey Mouse" or "Adolph Hitler" stick out, and thus are thus readily recognized as bogus. The problem is that the bogus names are sometimes "Roger Green" or "Thomas Smith," names which are a lot harder to pick out as bogus, and thus can end up counted (or voted in a non-ID state).

The "Mickey Mouse" and "Adolph Hitler" are red herrings to get the press and public confused and distracted from the actual problem.....and it works.
