I have an iPhone which has an iPod built in but all I know how to do is load music from iTunes.

Is that what a “pod cast” is? Guess I’m an iIdiot...

I think podcast is a techie term meaning taped rerun.

On your Mac, go to the Freedom Radio Rocks.com page.

In the right hand column I think 2 icons down is a block that shows you all of the latest shows.

You simply pick one, click on the arrow and and it plays.
