I’ve heard of it. I believe it contains a legal definition of “natural born citizen” which I believe is to be born on American soil of TWO AMERICAN CITIZENS.
Obama is not eligible, regardless of where he was born.
As long as both parents are American citizens you are a natural born American citizen.
They could be on the moon at the time.
