These criminal scum need deported to a Devils Island type of place where they can live amongst their own for life, and not corrupt or threaten the rest of society. I also include too the crooked pols (Both Ds and Rs), CEOs and Wall St banksters in their lot that have caused so much damage but have paid so little in price, and they need deported too to the same place. Put them together.
You'd like my prison reform plan. I propose that heavily armed prison guards be stationed outside prison walls and food, medical supplies and small arms and ammo be air dropped to prisoners on the inside. Maybe .22 or .25 caliber and only enough to arm about half the inmates.
The prison population would start decreasing very rapidly.
