Actually, I have nothing personally against Perry, it's just that he has made a complete fool of himself repeatedly during the primary (along with Bachmann and Santorum. And my primary goal this election is to have our candidate destroy once and for all the false media-created narrative that Obama is some sort of genius, and Perry is wholly incapable of doing that. In fact, Perry might just do the opposite, and make Obama look like a genius by comparison. Newt on the other hand will expose Obama for the empty suit affirmative action poster-boy that he is, and shatter once and for all the myth of Obama’s supreme intellect.

Nothing would please me more than if Perry was able to fix whatever brain damage he has apparently suffered which keeps him from stringing two sentences together without losing his train of thought. But alas, that does not seem to be in the cards.

Sure it’s in the cards. In fact, it’s already happening. Perry scared the hell out of the MSM and they used Perry’s early missteps to convince us he’s unelectable. That’s foolish given the number of times he’s won in Texas, and the fact that he’s an excellent retail politician, a valuable asset in Iowa.

The MSM wants Romney badly, but they’ll take Gingrich. Cain scared the hell out of them. Perry did too, until they were able to take him down so easily with his own help in the early debates. And if Bachmann rises again, they’ll try to take her down too. What the MSM doesn’t want is a conservative candidate. They’d get that with Perry, Bachmann, or Santorum.

Iowa could surprise us, and not with Ron Paul, if Perry’s retail game works out.
