Bachmann was on Meet the Press this morning and totally failed the judicial question.

It was hard to watch.

Isn’t Bachmann a lawyer and a serious candidate?

How did she mess up? I didn’t see it.

Does she believe that judges have unlimited power under the Constitution - to make law instead of interpreting the laws established by Congress and signed by the President?

Critics are smirking that Newt is ‘shooting himself in the foot’. WRONG - Newt is emphasizing a pressing problem others only complain about.

She failed while she was on the Huckster debate a couple weeks ago. She was asked about EPA issues and what would happen if one state went after another for pollution. She stated that she would use the courts to effect the remedy. In short, walk all over the tenth amendment to bring the states into line through the courts. So, she would use the courts to administer her view of EPA rulings...which is the most abusive agency in the world.
